Your Favorite American actor and film producer Robert De Niro is busy filming a new Netflix project these days titled “Zero Day.”
Recently, news confirmed that a Netflix series is currently being filmed in Westchester County in New York State, in which The Irishman star Robert De Niro plays the role of George Mullen.
Road closure may be a sign of construction of an upcoming project or a small price to pay for the chance to meet a Hollywood celebrity.
Traffic could be a headache for travelers and visitors to New York‘s Hudson Valley this week as the police department of the village of Tuckahoe in Westchester County is warning drivers that on Thursday and Friday, a project shooting will be taking place in the village.
A Look Back at Netflix’s “Zero Day” Filming When and Where it Filmed in Westchester
According to the patch.com reports, On Thursday, April 25, 2024, the west side of Depot Square (Starbucks area) will be closed from 7:30 a.m. to noon for filming of the upcoming Netflix series Zero Day.
This 6 episode Netflix series will be filmed in the Depot Square area and nearby Main Street and Columbus Avenue will also be closed for a few minutes.
During filming in Westchester, most of Netflix’s drama thriller Zero Day will be filmed in indoor locations during the day so traffic should not be affected.
Main Street from Columbus Avenue to Terrace Place will be closed from 8 pm to 1 am for filming, on Friday, While Cameron Place and Van Duzen Street will remain closed from 6 pm to 1 am.
Several trailers and trucks will be parked throughout the southern end of Tuckahoe Village for the shooting of Robert De Niro’s Netflix project.
Police have issued instructions to villagers and travelers to pay special attention while parking on Thursday and Friday. Keeping in mind the convenience of passengers and drivers, police will be present during the film shooting to help deal with the closure.
As per Netflix, its official synopsis follows:-
